God saw the road was getting rough, the hills were hard to climb, He gently closed those loving eyes and whispered, "Peace be thine." Adra Ann Davis, 64, peacefully entered into heaven Wednesday, July 22, 2015. Service: Noon Saturday, Aug. 1, at Truevine Baptist Church, 3732 Miller Avenue. Visitation: Noon to 7 p.m. Friday at the funeral home, followed by a wake until 8:30 p.m. Survivors: Her devoted son, Kennith Davis (DeAngela); godson, William Nelson of Houston; seven grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and a loving host of family and friends.
