Wake: 7 to 8 p.m. and Visitation: Noon to 7 p.m. both Friday, June 16 at Serenity. Survivors: Husband, Paul Mtazu; children, Davet Moore, Aniyah Moore and Cali Cook; mother, Debra Simmons; brothers, Tawayne Simmons, Rodney Simmons and Timothy Cook
