Burial: Cedar Hill Memorial Cemetery. Visitation: 12:00p.m. to 8:00p.m. Friday, September 26, 2014 at Serenity Funeral & Cremations 4725 Vermont Avenue, Fort Worth 76115. Survivors: Mother, Alice Eddy; daughter, Allycia D. Smith; granddaughter Camryn Mayberry, and many loving cousins and dear friends.
