Wake: 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Friday and visitation from noon to 6:30 p.m., both at Serenity. Survivors: Parents, Antonio Thomas and Tracey Sample; siblings, Damond, Ronald, Crystal and Breanna; grandmother, Marie Thomas.
