Obituary

Doris was born on March 19, 1936 to the parentage of Lee and Hattie Tate in Grayson County. She attended I.M. Terrel High School in Fort Worth, Texas and eventually moved to Dallas, Texas where she was a chef at Black Forest Bakery for more than 40 years until she retired.



She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Artie, Warren, Luke Tate; sister Eunice Brown (Hattie Mae, Roy, Alan Rodney, Jeffrey); son, Albert Lee Tate.




She leaves to cherish her memory: son, Samuel Barnett; nieces, Kay Barnes (Rowena, Ira), Sandra Brown (Terry Alan, Calvin); nephew, Richard Tate; nieces and nephews from Graham, Texas; special friend, Mr. L.J. Davis and her Sunshine Senior Citizen family.
