Mrs. Dorothy Nell Wilson, 73, a former Fort Worth ISD cafeteria worker, transitioned from earth to glory Tuesday, Jan. 8, 2013, at a local hospital. Celebration of life: 11 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 17, at Strangers Rest Baptist Church, 5705 Donnelly Ave., the Rev. Michael S. Booker pastor. Interment: Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery. You may visit Mrs. Wilson noon to 5 p.m. Wednesday at Serenity Funerals & Cremations and the family will receive friends 7 to 8 p.m. at the church. Survivors: Children, Fredrick Wilson, Charlotte Perry, Sherry Crayton (Frank), Leatha Turner (Chester) and Doretha Brewer (Michael); brother, Kevin Tyson; 17 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; a host of other family and friends.
