FOREST HILL -- I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith. James Louis Gosey, 53, finished his race on Tuesday, March 22, 2016. Life celebration: 11 a.m. Friday at Great Commission Baptist Church. Visitation: Noon to 4 p.m. Thursday at Serenity Funerals and Cremations followed by a wake from 6:30 to 8 p.m. at Great Commission. Survivors: Beloved wife, Cecilia Johnson; loving children, Sheldon Gosey (Alanna), Brantley J. Gosey (B.J.) and Jazmine N. Gosey; adorable grandchild, Jada N. Gosey; siblings, Shirley Robertson, Lera Mae Tolbert (James), Pataricia Kenebrew, L.C. Gosey Jr., Bernadette Smith (Terry) Ronald Gosey (Bonita), Bobby Gosey (Ann) and Sharon Nash (Sammy); godson, Steve Skalij; and a host other family and friends.
