Mr. James L. Rhodes, 61, passed away Saturday, Feb. 16, 2013. Service: 11 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 23, at Serenity Funerals & Cremations. Interment: private. Visitation: noon to 5 p.m. Friday at Serenity. Survivors: Wife; three children; seven siblings; and a host of others.
