I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith. James "Red" Williams, 58, crossed the finish line into heaven Friday, July 17, 2015. Service: 11 a.m. Wednesday in the sanctuary of Beth-Eden Baptist Church, Dr. B.R. Daniels Sr. pastor. Visitation: Noon to 7 p.m. Tuesday, followed by a wake until 8:30 p.m., at Serenity Funerals & Cremations. Survivors: Red is survived by his loving wife, Gail Runnels-Williams; his adoring children, Anton Henry, Terry Williams, James Williams III (LaShundra) and Octavia Gilliam (Gerald); his caring siblings, Vera Williams, Renee Williams, Darlene Harris and Paula Williams; six precious grandchildren; and a loving host of nephews, nieces, other family members and friends. -
