Visitation: noon to 8 p.m. at Serenity Funerals & Cremations and the family will greet friends 7 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home. Survivors: Sons, Jay and Javarie Reed; parents, Nathaniel and Eddie Mae Bailey; brother, Frank Bailey (Kim); sister, Keona Bailey; five nephews and nieces; and a host of other family and friends.
