Luz M. Diaz passed away on Aug. 10, 2014. Her Mass will be held on Friday, August 15, 2014 at 11am at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church, 201 Thornhill Dr, Fort Worth, TX 76115. You may visit her at the funeral home on Thursday from noon-8pm and the Rosary will be held at 8pm.
