Makala Denefield was born March 16, 1978, to the parentage of Monte and Vernal Elliott. Makala
received her High School Diploma with O.D. Wyatt High School in 1996, she then graduated from Florida
A&M University in 2002, and ultimately received her Masters Degree in Business Administration.
Makala married the love of her life Marlon Denefield on August 9, 2002. Together they loved and cared
for their children Kiyan Denefield-Davis (Spouse), Justin Davis Sr., Mason Denefield, Myles Denefield,
and Micah Denefield.
Makala is preceded in death by her niece Maiya Elliott. She leaves to cherish her precious memories to
her husband, Marlon Denefield, children; Kiyan Denefield-Davis, Justin Davis Sr., Mason Denefield,
Myles Denefield and Micah Denefield, siblings; Monica Elliott, relatives; Pamela Smith (aunt), Joshua M.
Smith (uncle), Craig Leach (uncle), Bridgette, Bonita Holloway (aunt), Ralph Holloway (uncle),  Garrett
(aunt), Gary Garrett (uncle), Carol Ann Aldridge (aunt), Lloyd Aldridge, God aunt Debbie Smith (spouse)
