Mary Ernestine Prieta Valle-Watkins went home to be with our Heavenly Father surrounded by family and friends Thursday, March 20, 2014. Memorial service: 2 p.m. Friday, March 28, at Serenity Funerals & Cremations, 4725 Vermont Ave., Fort Worth. Visitation: 1 to 6 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home, with the family present 6 to 8 p.m. She was preceded in death by her mother, Frances Kika Escobedo, and brother, Johnny Valle. Survivors: Husband, Billy Watkins; father, Israel Escobedo Sr.; daughter, Frances Michelle Lopez; son, John Michael Watkins; grandchildren, Dareece, D'Ani, Makayla and Quinton Jr.; sisters, Enedelia Escobedo and Vanessa Escobedo; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends
