Mrs. Pearl A. Johnson, a former cook for the Raddison Plaza Hotel, traveled from earth to glory on Thursday, Feb. 28, 2013, at a local hospital. Celebration of life: 2 p.m. Saturday, March 9, at The Potter's House, 1200 Woodhaven Blvd., Fort Worth, Pastor Rodney Derrick officiating. Burial: Cedar Hill Memorial Park. Visitation: You may visit Sister Johnson as she lies in sweet repose from noon to 9:30 p.m. Friday at Serenity Funerals & Cremations; the family will receive friends 8:30 to 9:30 p.m. at the funeral home. Survivors: Children, Renee Lee (Stanley), David Johnson, Andrea Johnson (Gerald) and Adrian Johnson; sister, Florean Jackson; 12 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
