Richard James Dixon Sr., 61, passed on Sunday, Dec. 27, 2015. Celebration: Noon Saturday at Heavenly Vision Baptist Church, the Rev. Bernard Tate, pastor. Visitation: Noon to 5 p.m. Friday, wake from 7:30 to 8:30 p.m., at the funeral home. Survivors: A loving family.
