Rickey Lamont Scott Sr. peacefully surrendered to the Master on Wednesday, May 29, 2013, at a local hospital. Celebration of life: Noon Wednesday, June 5, in the Clarence Jimerson Memorial Chapel of Serenity Funerals & Cremations, the Rev. Howard McLean officiating. Interment: Cedar Hill. Visitation: You may visit Rickey noon to 8 p.m. Tuesday as he slumbers at the funeral home and the family will receive friends 7 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home. Survivors: Loving wife, Tasha Wattley-Scott; children, Quonea, Ricky Jr. and Jayden Scott; mother, Linda Scott; sisters, Tonia Gardner and Thesia Sneed; grandchild, Melanie Scott; grandmother, Lula Green; and a host of other relatives and friends.
