Mrs. Sallye Lou James, a sales associate for Haverty's Furniture, moved from earth to glory Saturday, Dec. 8, 2012, at a local hospital. Celebration of life: 12:02 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 15, at Mount Moriah Missionary Baptist Church, 1401 Meadowlane Terrace, Pastor Patrick Turner, officiating. Interment: Cedar Hill Memorial Park. Visitation: You may visit Ms. James noon to 5 p.m. Friday at Serenity Funerals & Cremations and the family will receive friends 7 to 8 p.m. at the Church. Survivors: Children, Trudy McCalister (the Rev. Michael) and Jaron James (Jacquline); grandchildren, Jason Holloway, Nicholas McCalister and Amber James; and a host of other relatives and friends.
