Teresa Bates

FORT WORTH -- Teresa Bates went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, Sept. 22, 2016. Service: Private for family and friends at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 4, in Cedar Hill Memorial Park. A 1978 graduate of Dunbar High School, Teresa had a fulfilling career in aerospace for over 35 years. She was preceded in death by her parents, Gelona and Gladys Shead; siblings, Katrina and Glen. Survivors: Children, Anthony Bates (Terrica), Tasha Bass (David), Dewonica Bates; grandchildren, Tajia, DeShawn, JJ, Tiana, Trinity; a host of family and friends.
